Cambodia is honored to host the ISC. This reflects not only our longstanding commitment to constructive international cooperation and engagement, but also our firm belief in the value of dialogue, mutual respect and cooperation to advance the common good of all nations across all regions. Building upon the successful establishment of the ISC in 2025, this forum has emerged as a valuable platform for parliamentary leaders to exchange perspective and insights, and contributing to addressing the challenges facing our world.

About the Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference
With the establishment of the ISC and its concurrent evolutions, the high-level forum has fortified its foothold as a visionary staging grounds for inter-parliamentary diplomacy and dialogue. Reflected by ever-growing global influence and parliamentary members, the necessity of the ISC in promoting peace, stability, cooperation, and understanding across regions cannot be understated.
